We loved the hotel's location, it was close to everything we wanted to see. The old Sarajevo market was a short walk away and had great restaurants to choose from. We also enjoyed that the hotel was very close to the amazing waterpark which was welcome in the heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean, and parking was safe.

Location is perfect: really close to Bascarsija. Staff is friendly (especialy the lady) and speaks English quite well.
Hotel needs renovation on some small points (attaching showerheads, new plasterng of ceiling). Hotel is also very noisy. Poor choice in brekfast buffet.

Great personel, lovely rooms. Good deal. Delicius breakfast. Higly recomended for those who wish to stay in the center of Sarajevo and still have quiet rooms (no traffic noice). We (8 people) stayed in 2 - 4 bedroom appartments and they were clean, with ktichen, big bathroom and balcony. Appartment at the top have wicked view to the whole Sarajevo!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the heart of Sarajevo. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that truly stood out. One aspect that I really appreciated was the incredible view of Sarajevo from the room's balcony. It was breathtaking to wake up to such a picturesque sight. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory, and I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included in the stay.

The location was perfect. We reservated a double room but we got an 4 persons apartment for the same price. Nice bathroom and good beds.
Poor breakast. There were no curtains in the room only some very transparant blinds. So we woke up very early.

The staff was great and very helpful. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also loved the free wifi in the rooms which worked perfectly.
The room could have been cleaner and the furniture was slightly outdated. the breakfast was not very impressive.

The hotel is located almost in the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with twin beds and a balcony, offering amazing views of the nearby mosque. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great way to start the day.
